Who will pay for all of my medical care?

The New Jersey workers compensation statute specifically states that if a person is injured in accident which arises out of and in the course of their employment then the workers compensation insurance carrier is responsible to pay all medical costs associated with the injury so long as the injured person treats with the doctors they are assigned by the carrier. If a person receives authorized medical care and still receives a bill they should consult a certified workers compensation law attorney in order to not only make sure the bill is paid and their credit unaffected, but to ensure that their medical rights are protected as they go through the process and into the future.
