When we take your workers’ compensation claim, you only pay us if we win your case. This is called a contingency fee. Our typical fee when we win a case is 20% of any permanency award resulting from your case.
You should be aware that other fees are also involved with a workers’ comp claim. There will be an expert that evaluates your functional loss that is a result of your accident. This takes place after the case and usually costs $600. As an employee, you will usually only have to pay half of that cost.
As we will be obtaining your medical records as a matter of research and preparation for your case, these tasks result in additional costs aside from your case itself. We seek to obtain these records directly, in order to minimize the associated costs. Watch the video to learn more.
