Tanya L. Phillips received her Bachelor of Arts degree in History from The College of New Jersey in 1997. She attended Rutgers University School of Law – Camden and received her Juris Doctorate in 2002. She is licensed to practice in State of New Jersey (State and Federal Courts), Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and the United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Phillips’ represents injured workers and accident victims. Her practice concentrates on workers’ compensation claims, Social Security Disability claims and personal injury matters.

Ms. Phillips is an active member of the Mercer County Bar Association and currently serves as Vice President. She is also involved in the Mercer County Bar Foundation, the charitable arm of the MCBA, and has previously served as a Trustee and Secretary. On January 1, 2017 she became the President of the Foundation. She was presented with the MCBA Young Lawyer of the Year Award in 2008.

She serves as the Treasurer of the Mercer County American Inn of Court – Hon. F. Patrick McManimon Session. She is a Barrister of the Justice James H. Coleman, Jr. New Jersey Workers’ Compensation American Inn of Court. She is also a member of the New Jersey State Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, New Jersey Association of Justice and American Association of Justice.

She was born in Cleveland, Ohio and grew up on a farm in southwestern Pennsylvania. Yes, she is a Pittsburgh Steelers fan. She now resides in West Amwell Township near Lambertville. She enjoys gardening, cooking and reading in her spare time (whenever that is). She also likes to travel and spend time in New York City enjoying the arts and theatre.
